We respect your privacy

Wizra is a tuition centre management platform. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal data of tuition centre operators, students, and parents in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What data do we collect?

We only collect data that is needed to run Wizra: your name, email and phone number when you sign up (so we can reach you about your account), and what you enter for your centre, such as student names, parent contact numbers, class information, attendance and payment records.

How do we use your data?

Your data is used solely to provide the services you signed up for — managing students, generating invoices, and tracking payments. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Who can see your data?

Only you and the people you give access to can see your centre's data. No other tuition centre on Wizra can see it. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Services that help us run Wizra

Like most online services, Wizra relies on a few trusted providers. They only receive the data needed for their part of the service:

• ToyyibPay, when you use online payments: the payer's name, phone number and the invoice amount, so the parent can pay you. Payments go to your own ToyyibPay account and are also covered by ToyyibPay's own privacy policy.
• Stripe, for your Wizra subscription: your billing details. Wizra never sees or stores your full card number.
• Supabase and Vercel, which securely store your data and run the Wizra app.
• Resend, to send account and billing emails to you.

Apart from these providers, we only share data when Malaysian law requires it.

Advertising on our website

To understand which of our ads work, our public pages (home, pricing, sign up and log in) use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google. They may set cookies and record that someone visited a page, signed up, or started a paid plan, and its price.

When you sign up or start a paid plan, Wizra's server also tells Meta and TikTok, so they can match it to the ad you saw. Your email and phone number are sent only in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be turned back into the original.

These tools are never used inside your Wizra account, and never on the payment links or reports your parents open. No student, parent, attendance or fee details are ever sent to them. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or through your ad preferences on each platform.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, simply contact us and we will respond within 14 working days.
