Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you sign up for or use Wizra, a tuition centre management platform available at wizra.my ("Wizra", "we", "us"). Wizra is operated by a business registered in Malaysia.

By creating an account or using Wizra, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the tuition centre you register ("your centre"). If you do not agree, please do not use Wizra.

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by any staff you give access to.

Tell us straight away at support@wizra.my if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Wizra offers a Free plan and paid plans. Each plan has its own limits, such as the number of students, as shown on our pricing page. Every student on your student list counts towards this limit, including inactive ones. Students on a trial class do not count.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then moves to the Free plan. Fees already paid are not refunded.

If a renewal payment fails, we may move your account to the Free plan. Your data is kept, but features or limits of the paid plan will no longer apply.

We may change our prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription.

If you connect your own ToyyibPay account, parents can pay your invoices online. These payments go directly from the parent to your ToyyibPay account. Wizra does not hold, receive or handle this money and is not a party to the payment.

You are responsible for your arrangement with ToyyibPay (including its fees), for confirming payments you receive, and for any refunds to parents.

You own the data you put into Wizra, including student, parent, class, attendance and payment records.

You are responsible for having the right to collect and use this data, including any consent needed from parents, guardians or adult students under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

We process this data only to provide Wizra to you, as described in our Privacy Policy at wizra.my/privacy. We do not sell your data.

You can export your students and invoices at any time. If you close your account, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use Wizra to break the law, to send messages that are misleading, abusive or unwanted, to access another centre’s data, or to interfere with how Wizra works.

Reminder messages are prepared by Wizra but sent by you through your own WhatsApp. You are responsible for the messages you send.

We work to keep Wizra available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may carry out maintenance from time to time.

We may improve, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

Wizra is a tool to help you run your centre. You remain responsible for checking invoices, payments and records before relying on them.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Wizra and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Wizra after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.
